Day 6 of Cleanse

So... yesterday J fulfilled his week-long goal of a cleanse friendly poutine. Home-made baked fries, chicken broth gravy (thickened with arrowroot flour), and tofu cheese. We also went and picked up some groceries, mostly just more nuts, and fruits/veggies, but I did find some cleanse friendly frozen waffles!! so are splurged and are having out "big" Sunday breakfast today, which makes me happy, since this is a tradition I love. J also bought a new kitchen gadget, the Ninja, it's like a blender/food processor, it works really great, and it's quiet! He was actually able to make a smoothie yesterday morning at 4am and I didn't hear a thing! Which is great news since we still have over  a week of this thing!

*Banana-Stawberry Ice Cream
This is soo ridiculous and easy to make, you just need a very good blender/food processor, like the Ninja!
Ingredients
-1 frozen banana, cut into 1" chunks
-handful of frozen stawberries
Directions
1. Combine frozen fruit in blender/food processor.
2. Blend/pulse until creamy. It somehow turns into a soft-serve ice-cream/sorbet!
